In our own unique ways, we are all in service to this world. Perhaps we experience that service through our professions, or perhaps it is simply built into our lives as caregivers, parents, partners and friends.

We want to do good in the world. We want to add love and compassion and empathy to our interactions. We want to feel connected. Purposeful.

We want our body and mind to be the clearest vessel for our Highest Self. Yet sometimes, we feel so weighed down by our life experiences, we don’t feel so clear or connected.

Sacred Saturday is your medicine. Taken as a retreat or individually, classes flow together with the intention of bringing you into communion with your Highest Self, the Sacred You.

Join me Saturday, September 28th as we embody all that is Sacred in our body, mind and soul.

Sacred Somatic Movement

2pm - 3:15pm

Suggested donation $35

Our body is a sacred vehicle that holds both the wisdom and the ignorance of our life experiences. Because we are unaware; emotions, thoughts, beliefs and experiences can get absorbed into the body and manifest as pain, repetitive thought loops and dialogue and ultimately, physical and mental illness. This is a normal human experience.

Awareness and feeling of our bodies gently unravels the layers of ignorance to reveal our innate wisdom. There need not be drama to heal our trauma.

In this class we will move gently and with awareness of the sensation of our sacred human body. We will explore, inquire and allow. We will feel ourselves as we experience movement and stillness.

This will strengthen and balance our nervous system to create a sturdy and resilient mind and body with constant access to the wisdom of our highest self.

All levels of practitioners are welcome.

Sacred Kiss, Sacred Breath, Sacred You

3:30-4pm

Suggested donation $35

This contemplative and experiential class uses the teachings of Alyssa Snow, through her written work "Sacred Kisses".

We will contemplate a "kiss": a short and to-the-point nugget of wisdom teachings intended to orient our awareness in the direction of the highest point of view. The teachings speak to our human struggles. The experiences of loss and grief. The roller coaster of addiction and sobriety. The beliefs regarding our own self worth and need to (over) achieve.

Our habits of striving and pushing and controlling and forcing life to be what we want it to be. The struggle of needing a purpose to be loved and seen. In a group setting we will read the teaching and use it as the focal point for our breath practice.

Using a holotropic breath technique with a vibrational accompaniment, we will access a non-ordinary state of consciousness that can help resolve wounds from our psyche that we may or may not even be aware of and lead us to a state of wholeness, inner peace and renewed personal insight.

Please bring a journal and a pen/pencil.

Sacred Writing

5pm - 6:15pm

Suggested donation $35

Within each of us is an intelligence available to us that is far greater than the one we access in our day to day living.

This intelligence understands the big picture; the mountain view of life. It feels like a thread of wisdom, love and understanding that is always right there to tap into. We just have to ask.

In this class, Alyssa Snow will lead a breath and meditation practice that creates a quiet inner environment in which to rest and connect with this intelligence - also known as our Highest Self.

The answers to all of your questions are within you. We just have to tune in and ask.

Bring paper and something to write with.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
