About Me

Alyssa Snow is a Mother and Mystic with decades of experience teaching meditation, yoga and wisdom practices.

Alyssa is a wisdom teacher with a deep and intimate connection to her guides and ancestors and galactic family. She hears, sees, and feels spirit in a way that expands her capacity to love herself, her life, her family, her community and the world at large. 

Alyssa has experienced many incarnations of a “career”. Corporate accountant, publishing associate general manager, yoga studio owner, yoga teacher, shamanic healer, meditation teacher, spiritual coach, therapeutic foster mother, and writer.

All of these incarnations were roads that led to now and have integrated into a woman who radiates in wisdom from all of her human faces: matriarch, wife, mother, writer, teacher, healer, space holder. 

Through her presence, teaching and writing, Alyssa elevates the collective consciousness. Her life is in service to this in all aspects and in all roles. 

Alyssa lives in the Bronx, NYC with her husband, three teenage daughters, her mother-in-law and their two dogs, Polly and Zara.
